Creamy, hot, and perfect with a steak!
- Bag of Spinach – rinsed and lightly steamed
- Softened Cream Cheese (4-6 ounces – about 1/2 to 3/4 block or tub)
- Onion Powder or Dried Minced Onion
- Shredded White Cheddar
- Shredded 6 Cheese Italian
Combine softened cream cheese with spices and add to steamed Spinach and Italian Cheese. Add more cream cheese or spices to taste. Top with Shredded White Cheddar. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until top melts and spinach is hot throughout.
