If you’ve been to my house for dinner, you’ve probably eaten this wonderful dish. It’s so easy to make, but tastes so rich and delicious. Don’t take my word for it, try it for yourself.


  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Jar Pesto
  • 1 Jar Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 Package of Idle de France Herb Goat Cheese
  • Pine Nuts
  • White Wine
  • Black Pepper

Cooking Utensils:

Glass Baking Dish


Preheat oven to 350

Pepper Chicken lightly

Cover Bottom of Glass Baking Dish with white wine – be careful not to add too much

Place chicken in Glass Baking Dish

Cut Roasted Red Peppers into strips – Cover Chicken with them

Cover Chicken with entire Jar of Pesto

Break up Goat Cheese into chunks and top Pesto

Sprinkle Pine Nuts over top of cheese

Bake at 350 for 40-45 MinuteI like to serve this dish with Wheat Noodles and a glass of white wine. This is my “go-to” dish. I like to serve it to all my first time eaters. It has become a favorite to all my friends and family and I’m so happy to be able to share it with you.
