- 2 ripe Avocados
- 1-2 cloves fresh pressed garlic
- Coarse sea salt
- Fresh diced Jalapeno
- 1 small Fresh Tomato
- 1/4 diced small red onion
- 1/2 Lime
Add Garlic, Jalapeno, Onion in bottom of bowl. Mash to let flavor out. Pit Avocados and add to bowl. Mash until all mixture is consistant. Add the fresh squeezed lime and sea salt. Mix well. Top with diced tomato. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
The key to this is to pick ripe Avocados. The skin will be black and soft to touch. Do not let these overripen. You will know because they turn from soft to extremely squishy.
I love to serve this with lime chips!
