- Large Plain hummus (I use Sabria brand – has a red top)
- Tzatziki Sauce – at least 2 cups (I prefer to buy this from a Greek cafe)
- 3 packages of plain Feta Cheese
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped Cucumbers
- Chopped Green Onions
- Chopped Pepperchini
- Chopped Olives
Directions:
In a deep dish, I like to use a rectangular glass pyrex pan (my mother would disagree with that) layer as follows; Hummus, Tzatziki sauce, and then Feta Cheese. Combine rest of the ingredients that have been chopped and cover the Feta Cheese layer with these. Serve with Pita chips.
