This is my absolute favorite cheese dish. Everyone who knows me knows that cheese is my favorite food and for this to rank at the top… it must be good. Try it once and you will be hooked. I want to thank my friend Sara for sharing this recipe with me and once you try it, I’m sure you will too.
- Sour Dough Bread Bowl
- 12 oz. Chedder Cheese
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 12 oz. Sour Cream
- 1 c. Parm Cheese
- 5 tbsp. Butter
- 3-4 Chopped Green Onion (and use some of the green)
- 2 cloves of Garlic (Minced)
Melt the butter, add the green onion and garlic – Sautee for 5-7 minutes in large skillet
Mix all cheeses, add the butter mixture, and mix together in the warm skillet. Mix until cheese starts to melt and mixture warms through.
Spoon all of the cheese mixture into bread bowl
Bake at 350 for 20 mins until top turns brownish.
Use the remaining bread from the bowl and crackers for dipping.
