Most of you who know me, know I am in LOVE with my grill.. and Why Not? I live in Florida where it’s grill weather year-round.  Again, I live in Florida… and with almost 6 months of 90+ degree days, turning on the oven is more often than not…NOT HAPPENING! Well, when it comes to this dish, all that goes out the window.

Meat Loaf

I thought I hated meat loaf.. and my husband requested it for dinner. I decided I was going to try, but leave out the stuff I hated… (ie the overly ketchuped blob of goop on top and the dry overcooked brick that I’ve seen come out of other people’s ovens). What I came up with is a masterpiece.. it’s one of my favorite recipes. The sauce is so unique that I could jar it and put it on EVERYTHING!
