Most of you who know me, know I am in LOVE with my grill.. and Why Not? I live in Florida where it’s grill weather year-round. Again, I live in Florida… and with almost 6 months of 90+ degree days, turning on the oven is more often than not…NOT HAPPENING! Well, when it comes to this dish, all that goes out the window. Lets Face it.. you can’t really mess up baked ziti. It’s ALWAYS pretty good (well at least to me). As most of your know I’m a sucker for cheese and well.. my Ziti has tons of cheese in it.

We don’t get many cold days in Florida but when we do, I ALWAYS get the request for this soup.
So fun, so easy and great for a date night or tapas style ladies night.

On a cold day this chili is such a wonderful change from regular red chili. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE red chili, but sometimes a little change up is nice.

Out of all the copy cat recipes I’ve tried, I think this is the closest one to the actual Carrabbas dinner. Whether or not you agree, this dish is still YUM YUM YUM!

I thought I hated meat loaf.. and my husband requested it for dinner. I decided I was going to try, but leave out the stuff I hated… (ie the overly ketchuped blob of goop on top and the dry overcooked brick that I’ve seen come out of other people’s ovens). What I came up with is a masterpiece.. it’s one of my favorite recipes. The sauce is so unique that I could jar it and put it on EVERYTHING!

This Italian favorite is so easy and cheesy (which of course is my thing!) and goes great with that left over spagetti sauce you don’t know what to do with.

In college my best friend worked at PF Changs. We lived off of their Mongolia Beef and rice dinner. This recipe has been adapted and made with chicken. It’s absolutely amazing and one of my favorite go-to dinners for guests and special occasions.

Why didn’t I think of this sooner? Put the cheese and goodies inside the burger instead of on top… GENIUS!
I found this recipe by accident, good thing I did because it’s a weekly staple. I love that the Parmesan Cheese acts as breadcrumbs (that’s good news for all you carb counters).
For a large crowd, this is a wonderful spin on traditional lasagna. The sour cream is the secret ingredient that really makes this dish stand out above the rest. Try substituting the meat for veggies for a yummy vegetarian lasagna!

This is a great change from regular taco night. I also love the fact that these chimi’s taste almost as good as their fried siblings, but with 1/2 the fat!
