This recipe can be baked in the oven or heated in a mini crock. For Sunday football… nothing beats it!

Ingredients:

  • Shredded chicken (1 cup)
  • Softened Cream Cheese – 8 oz
  • 8 oz Shredded Cheddar or Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Diced Japalano Peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
Directions:
I like to combine all ingredients in a small crock pot and let simmer until heated through. If you do not have a mini crock, these can be easily done in a microwave safe dish. Remember to stir often. Ranch dressing can be substituted for blue cheese dressing or sour cream. Add more or less of all the ingredients above to get your desired consistancy.
I love to serve this with Tortilla Chips, Fritos, and Celery Sticks.
