Strawberry Shortcake Martini

Strawberry Shortcake Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 shots Cake Vodka (yes there is such a thing! I prefer Three Olives brand)
  • 1/2 shot Amaretto
  • 2 shots lemonade
  • 2-3 fresh strawberries
  • Ice

Directions:

Muddle Strawberries and Cake Batter Vodka in a martini shaker
Scoop out excess strawberry pulp
add Amaretto and Lemonade
add ice
Shake until combined

Pour into chilled Martini Glasses rimmed with sugar and strawberry garnish (you might not need the sugar because these puppies are sweet)

The trick to chilling a martini glass without having to store them in the freezer is to fill it with ice water for about 5 minutes. Pour the water and ice out before pouring your martini in them for a frosty glass. Enjoy!

I love this semi-healthy rendition of the classic French Fry.

Richella Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 3 Large Zucchinis
  • 2 Cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Garlic Seasoning

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Chop Zucchini longways into the shape of skinny fries. In a large bowl coat zucchini with olive oil and add garlic seasoning to taste.  Mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese.  Roll the zucchinis in the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.  Put on cookie sheet side by side.  For best results, they should be in a single layer.  Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
